  • Team effectiveness
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities and action plans
  • Promotion & succession execution
  • Personal organization
  • Life integration strategies for maximising performance

How does coaching work?

  • The agenda and outcomes for the coaching program are set by the participant's line manager, then finalised with the individual
  • Reporting and feedback methods are decided in the initial phase also
  • Coaching can be face to face, or via phone or Skype depending on preferences and geography
  • Most coaching is held every two weeks for around an hour per session
  • Between sessions the coach is also available for short phone calls and email suppot
  • Typically a coaching program is between 6-12 sessions in length (3-6 months)
  • Coaching will include the tools necessary to meet the outcomes. These include profiling assessments such as DISC, self reflection questionnaires, 360 degree feedback, suggested reading and every session includes an Action Plan to ensure effective implementation
