About Us-Paul Andrew, DirectorFor over sixteen years Paul Andrew has been helping people bring about change in their lives. Through organizations both large and small including some of Australia's leading not-for-profit organizations, Paul has coached, trained and mentored countless individuals as they pursued their dreams. On the coalface of building effective organizations he has led as many as 600 volunteers and a large staff, giving him extraordinary insights into leadership and personal development. He's also a sought after keynote speaker and has had the privilege of speaking to audiences of 5,000 or more, delivering literally hundreds of presentations in 11 nations to date. Paul is passionate about creativity and leadership and firmly believe that every individual possesses enormous untapped resources that are too often held back by limited thinking. That's where coaching comes in. Spend two minutes with him and you'll quickly discover that he loves his job. It's no wonder he has a reputation for results and a business built on referrals. He is a certified Performance Coach, a lecturer at The Coaching Institute, and a Member Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest professional coach network with over 15,000 members in 90 nations. Paul's diverse qualifications include Workplace Training & Assessment, Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching, Pastoral Leadership and NLP. At the end of the day though, he's a passionate family man- madly in love with his wife Andi, their two boys Zeke and Jesse, and their baby girl Finley. Colin Boyd, AssociateColin Boyd has extensive experience in corporate training and high performance coaching. Through his proven communication and coaching skills he has seen his clients redesign their careers, inspire motivation in their teams, double their income, become powerful team leaders, restore family relationships, find a life partner, and ultimately get the life they always wanted. He is a certified Performance Coach, NLP Practitioner, holds a Bachelors Degree of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management (Distinction average) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Colin has worked in numerous industries including Retail, Commercial Real-Estate, Education and Not-For-Profit sectors which have provided him with powerful and relevant experiences to share with participants and clients. Practical application and implementation is extremely important to Colin and his experience allows him to provide solutions for leaders and businesses that see profit in their back pocket.
